The State Required Annual Doctor’s Exam/MMJ Recommendation/State Renewal Application Photo/Processing/Submission & State Fees is All Inclusive…meaning you don’t have to do anything other than show up for your doctor’s appointment, as we handle the State Required Renewal Application Processing/Submission & Paying the $75 State Fee.
Service Includes/Requires:
- Annual Re-Evaluation Exam with a Florida State Licensed MMJ Physician
- Renew, Process & Submission of the Required Florida State Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry Application
- Payment of the Required Florida State Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry Application Fee of $75
- Client Must Have Current/Existing/Active Florida State MMJ ID Card/Recommendation
- Client Must Provide an Emailed Photo of Current/Active Florida State Drivers License or ID Card for State Residency Requirements
- $25 Veteran or Senior Discount Credit Upon ID Proof
- Don’t Forget This Service Includes the State Required $75 Fee
